After serving as the inaugural Middle School Director at the Maimonides School, Rabbi Bossewitch joined the Hebrew Academy (RASG) of Miami as the inaugural Dean of Academics & Innovation. Soloveitchik Institute, during which time his passion was kindled for Rabbi Soloveitchik’s teachings. Rabbi Bossewitch began his career as a teaching fellow at the Rabbi Joseph B. He is currently pursuing his doctorate in Jewish Educational Leadership and Innovation at the Azrieli Graduate School with a focus on positive psychology. He attended Yeshiva University where he received his BS in Computers, Masters in Jewish Educational Leadership, and Smicha. Rabbi Avi Bossewitch grew up on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
